I just re-read the post on Friday and contrary to what was planned a weekend to 10! Friday intimate dinner with Azzu, Sara and Maria, two coats are here-and-there (who never fail), Firstborn appetizer and fish and sweets to finish. Then we passed the bar where, strangely, the other between a chat and we did one and a half! Sinatra, all together until 03.30. Incredible, considering my last Friday night in bed.
But Saturday I gave my best on a Saturday to remember. Impromptu dinner at 6 (+2 four singles in love not put them at random), an excellent dinner of fish and white wine, cooked by me and a long chat until 05,30 am, when Fabri was so nice to bring pasta with cream. Nothing better before going to bed! The menu was good:
-scallops au gratin
-Panini handmade
-Mussels stewed
-ricotta gnocchi with fresh salmon and zucchini lasagne-
fish
-chocolate cake with heart of dark chocolate + strawberries
