"The Cercasfizio Luca Arriva , Marche, is the organizer of Cinghialgeek , convivial occasion, involving a group of Internet enthusiasts particularly fond of traditional cuisine and the typical wild boar meat. La Bottega Marino & Olivia attended the appointment by providing its baked goods as an aperitif.
Luke tells us, by himself, how was your day on Saturday!

"Now that your have a restaurant, why not organize a lunch between geek with typical dishes and wild boar?". This question, asked in 2006 by his Giuseppe "Rule" Tempestini has been answered a few years later with the organization of the first Cinghialgeek, lunch between fans and web professionals, recruited through Friendfeed, Facebook and Twitter , whose purpose is simply to be a reunion between virtual friends, sitting at the table with traditional dishes of wild boar. Just last Saturday we repeated the event in Trattoria Montechiaro and this time, special guests were the products of La Bottega Marino & Olivia.
waiting for the lunch we made a small outdoor aperitif with Mash and Classic puff and olives , just to whet your appetite with hearty meal.

Once seated at the table were open dances Cinghialgeek. To begin, the most classic of appetizers: fresh and aged cheeses , pickled vegetables and cold meats accompanied by Olivia & Marine Parade ... the guys have tried the best combinations between Mash and ciauscolo, aspic or cup head pairs are all very welcome! Second dish on the menu was the long awaited polenta with wild boar sauce and, for the more adventurous, a bit of pappardelle, with the same sauce. By all accounts, two mouth-watering dishes, with compliments ... and continue to cook wild boar. Then, two seconds: jugged wild boar stew, tender and juicy, and grilled meat cooked on the grill mixed with a lamb by the end of the world!
After lunch chestnuts, cooked nooks and wine served during the funny award honors of the Order of the Boar, with more or less spontaneous candidatures with acclamation and applause. Between chats, jokes and jokes, lunch, dinner time has run almost finished with the customary greetings and some already proposed date for the next edition. In short, it was a beautiful day spent with a merry company of gourmet geek!
